In March 2025, Team CombatStore will travel to Thailand, and this time we will bring the entire martial arts line from Skogn Folkehøyskole and our SOME manager, Mohammed, to the Venum Training Camp!

But here's the real news: We're already starting the hunt NOW for the lucky person who will join us for the Venum Training Camp in 2026! Yes, you read that right. One lucky person will get to travel with Team CombatStore to Thailand for a fully sponsored training camp. This is a chance to train with some of the world's best trainers and martial arts athletes.

What does the trip to the Venum Training Camp entail?

All participants will receive their own unique Venum Training Camp training t-shirt. The t-shirt is manufactured and designed by Venum, for CombatStore.

• Training with world-class trainers: You will meet and train with some of the most respected trainers and athletes in Muay Thai, MMA and other martial arts. • Unique training experience: The training sessions are intense, but give you skills, discipline and memories to last a lifetime. • Social activities: It's not just about training — there will also be time to explore Thailand, participate in social activities and become part of Team CombatStore. • Full coverage: CombatStore covers your entire stay from A to Z, including travel, accommodation, training and equipment.

Follow the journey from January 2025

From January 2025, you can follow the preparations of Skogn Folkehøyskole and our SOME manager, Mohammed, as he documents the journey and shares insights from the training and experiences in Thailand. We cover the entire stay from start to finish, so you can get a taste of what awaits you if you are selected for the 2026 trip.

How can YOU be the lucky one?

This is not a random draw. We are looking for someone who is passionate about training and preferably martial arts — but it doesn't have to be Muay Thai. You can train MMA, Kickboxing, Karate, Taekwondo, Judo, etc. — or maybe you are a CrossFit athlete who wants to try your hand at Muay Thai or MMA.

How to become visible to us:

• Tag us on social media: Upload photos and videos showing your joy of training, mastery and passion for martial arts. • Get involved: Comment, share and engage in our SOME channels. • Be active in the martial arts community: Show that you are passionate about the sport and have a passion for developing yourself.

The jury that selects the winner

To find the perfect candidate for the 2026 tour, we have assembled a jury with some of the most experienced in martial arts and SOME:

• Nikola: World champion in K-1 and head instructor for the martial arts program at Skogn Folkehøyskole.
• Mohammed: Our SOME manager, who follows and documents the entire journey.
• Arne Leon Bjørndal: Head judge and the head of CombatStore, who has the final say.
