Exchange and return Christmas 2026
All Christmas gifts purchased after November 20th can be exchanged until January 10th, 2026.
NOTE: The item can only be exchanged , not returned for a refund.
You can exchange for a different size, color or product.

Cancellation period and right of return
As a private customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase and return goods within 14 days from the day you received your order.
NB: All customers must now register a return request via their customer account before returns can be sent. Returns sent without prior authorization will be rejected at the warehouse and not processed.
When are returns not accepted?
Returns will not be accepted if:
- the item is used or damaged
- original packaging has been removed or damaged
- labels are removed or missing
- the product has not been returned within the specified deadline
- the return was sent without a pre-approved return request
NOTE: Products such as suspenders, compression shorts and underwear are considered hygiene products and cannot be returned if the packaging or seal is broken.
Exchange and return procedure
- Log in to your account at CombatStore.no. Go to Your Orders , select the current order and press Request Return .
- Select which items you want to return and submit the request for processing. Wait for approval before submitting the item.
- Once the return request has been approved, pack the item carefully and send it by Posten/Bring. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
- When exchanging, you place a new order after the return request has been approved. The returned item will be credited when it has been received and processed by the returns department.
We always recommend using a tracking number. Returns sent by letter cannot be tracked and are the customer's responsibility.
Return address
Returns must be sent via Posten/Bring. We do not accept returns via PostNord.

Processing time and crediting
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Once the return has been received and approved by the returns department, the amount for the item will be credited.
Processing time can be up to 2 weeks. If you have paid with Klarna, Klarna's own procedures for invoice freezing and handling returns apply.

Have we delivered the wrong product?
If we have delivered the wrong item, we will cover the return cost. Contact us to receive a return label.
Returns sent without an agreement and without our return label will not be refunded by CombatStore.
Packages that are not picked up
If the package is not collected within the deadline, you lose the right to cancel the purchase according to Sections 11 and 13 of the Norwegian Right of Cancellation Act.
You will then be charged for return shipping costs and a processing fee of NOK 500 .
If it is not convenient to pick up the package on time, we recommend contacting the pickup location to arrange a new delivery time.
Right of withdrawal for companies and clubs
The right of withdrawal only applies to private individuals. Companies, clubs and associations cannot return goods without a special agreement with CombatStore AS.
Businesses are also required to have a pre-approved return request. Returns sent without an agreement will be rejected.
