Shipping to private individuals
We do not normally offer free shipping, but from time to time we run promotions where free shipping is included.
We ship items with Bring, Posten, PostNord and Instabox. Shipping prices and estimated delivery times are always calculated at checkout before the order is completed. The delivery time is from the time the package is packed and handed over to the carrier.
Orders are usually packed within 6-24 hours on weekdays. Our goal is to ship orders received before 12:00 the same day, but delays may occur, especially during busy periods. CombatStore is not responsible for any delays with the carrier.
Free shipping is a member benefit for customers in our customer club. Applicable terms and conditions are always stated at checkout.
Important: Remember to label the mailbox with the same name as on the order. If the package is returned because the name is missing or incorrect, you will be charged for both return shipping and new shipping costs.
Shipping to company/club
We send goods to clubs and companies with Bring, Posten, PostNord and Instabox.
Shipping costs are always invoiced by CombatStore, regardless of which shipping method is selected at checkout. This also applies if you have selected “Club/Company” or another shipping solution when ordering.
