Pick up at warehouse – Arendal (Pick-up point)

Make it easy! Order online and pick up your items at our pick-up point in Arendal on weekdays between 08:00–16:00 . This is for those of you who want fast delivery without shipping costs.

How it works

Add the items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
Select the shipping method "Pick up at warehouse - Arendal (8am–4pm weekdays)" .
Complete your order and wait for email/SMS confirmation that your order is ready for pickup.
Please show up during opening hours and pick up the items.

Important: You will be notified when the items have been picked and ready. Do not arrive until you have received confirmation.

When you pick up

Please bring your order number and valid ID .
Are you picking up for someone else? Please bring written authorization (SMS/email is acceptable) and identification for the person picking up.

Important information

Not a physical store/showroom: Pick-up point is only for delivery of pre-ordered items.
Testing and exchange/return: Items cannot be tried on site. Returns/exchanges follow our usual online store procedures – register the return via the returns form and return the item in its original, undamaged packaging .
Order storage: We will hold your order for 7 calendar days after you have received a pickup notification.
