This punching bag is made of hardened PVC and is suitable for both professional gyms and for practicing punches and kicks at home. An iconic feature of all Fighter punching bags is the stitching on the straps that comes from the inside of the bag, allowing you to practice punches and kicks over the entire surface of the bag.
The bag is filled with a core of fabric and PUR foam, with a soft layer of EVA foam around the entire bag. This ensures a smooth surface and acts as a shock-absorbing layer. The diameter of the bag is 36 cm, and it is produced in two sizes (150 cm and 180 cm) and several color variations.
The punching bag has a mounting device at the bottom that can be used to attach the bag to a sturdy hook or weight. Once attached, the bag will return to you after each punch or kick, providing a whole new training experience.
