“Fighter 3in1” is a freestanding punching bag that will give you a whole new training experience. It is designed to work just as well at home as at a gym. The punching bag works great for self-training or if you are going to work on sharpening your technique. It is also suitable for most branches of martial arts and boxing, and is used for everything from kickboxing and karate to taekwon-do.

The bag is designed to stand freely on the floor. The main weight is at the bottom of the bag, which ensures that it stands steady while providing the right resistance to kicks and punches. It is easy to use alone, and if you kick so hard that the bag falls over, you can easily tilt it back into place without using force.

If you get tired of training technique or working on movements around the bag, you can take it out of its base to train in new ways. Since the bag stands on its own, it can also be used to train on take downs, throws or ground pounds. If you miss the classic punching bag, just remove the fasteners and hang it up like any other punching bag. The bag is not as heavy as many others, but will still provide good resistance, In addition to a proper workout.

The punching bag comes with a pre-filled base that simplifies assembly. The base weighs approximately 38 kg and ensures that the punching bag stands stable. Extra Velcro in the base itself In addition to under the bag ensures that it sits well. The bag is delivered with 4 practical handles, which makes it easy to move.

Production and material

The punching bag is manufactured in the Czech Republic in collaboration with martial artists from many different disciplines. It consists of several layers so that it works both indoors and outdoors. The bag has an outer layer of solid Hitex Poypan, manufactured in Austria. The fabric is easy to keep clean. The next layer consists of Trocellen PE, which is manufactured in Italy. Then PUR HD from the Czech Republic and the core is made of recycled rubber. The base is also filled with sand. Small marks in the fabric will occur during production, use and shipping. They do not affect the function or durability of the bag and are not considered a defect in the product.

“Fighter 3in1” comes with instructions for assembly and maintenance. Remember to follow the maintenance instructions.
