RECOMMENDATIONS
Muay Thai shorts are generally short with wide leg openings and elastic waist. A +/- 3 cm variation in waist measurement usually does not affect the fit. If you are in doubt between two sizes, use the waist measurement as a reference. For optimal comfort, we often recommend choosing a size up.
