The size is perfect for complete combat training equipment such as shin and ankle guards, boxing gloves, head protection, knee pads, towel, etc. The sports bag has 6 outer pockets and 3 additional zipper pockets inside.
You can carry this bag over your shoulder, but also as a backpack. Conversion to backpack is via the padded bottom opening to access the shoulder straps. The padded, adjustable shoulder straps attach easily with locking clips to loops on the sides.
