Inspired by American military tactical vests, the Venum Elite Crossfit Vest is a powerful tool used to compliment and enhance all types of Cross Training and martial arts training, taking your workouts to the next level. It is perfectly balanced and adjustable, allowing full freedom of movement, both for running and lifting weights. The quick-release Velcro system in the waistband allows for quick and precise adjustments. The mesh interior provides excellent comfort, while effectively ventilating the vest. The Venum Elite Crossfit Vest is designed to easily modulate the intensity of a workout. Each of the central pockets, one in the front and one in the back, houses 8 compartments. Each compartment can be added or removed weight very easily and quickly in increments of 1.25 kg (2.75 pounds), with a total weight of 20 kilograms. To further enhance your training, the Venum Elite weighted vest has 4 metal rings in the shoulders, two in the front and two in the back, which can be attached to either a running training parachute or the Venum Power Training System. The two removable patches on the Velcro belt are not only decorative, but allow you to dry your hands before grip-focused training. The Elite Vest is made from military-grade Ripstop, which provides incredible durability and resistance to surviving the elements while being used in all environments.
