Measure the length of your shin from just below your knee to your ankle joint .

Recommendations
Shin guards are protective equipment: for optimal effect, the fit along the shin must be precise . Use the length of the shin as a starting point when choosing a size.
If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller size for tighter and more stable support, or the larger size for a little more room around the calf.
